Posters can be 95 cm wide and up to 120 cm high. Please hang your poster before 9 am and remove it at the end of the day. There are different poster sessions on each of the three days. Apart from several 30-minute overview lectures by invited Keynote Speakers, there will be a limited number of oral contributions.
If you wish to be a candidate for a short oral presentation, please mark "oral or poster" as your preference in your abstract submission We shall let you know by September 7 which of the two it will be. Otherwise, mark "poster" as your preference.
Abstracts (max 3000 characters) must preferably be submitted before September 4 by sending an email to topoeurope15@geoazur.unice.fr, either with the abstract text in it, or as a *.doc file attached. Abstracts must contain:
- Author(s) and affiliations
- Indicate preference for oral if any (most contributions will be assigned a poster)
- Abstract text (max 3000 char, no special symbols please)
Speakers: Plan for a duration of 12 minutes (which means in general 12 slides!) to leave 3 minutes for discussion and change of speaker.
Oral presentations can be in PDF, Keynote or Powerpoint format. We shall have a Mac with "Keynote" and "Powerpoint" and a PC with "Powerpoint" available.
Please bring your lecture on a memory stick and come to the podium well before de beginning of the session to upload you talk.
